The Director of Fernstone Associates for the Natural Resources, Peter Cooperdock, has been involved with Land Use Regulations in New Hampshire for over 30 years. This time span has witnessed the transition of the regulatory climate as it has ebbed and flowed towards the equilibrium of landowner rights and environmental protection. Regulations have been adopted, strengthened, loosened, altered to reflect the best and easiest approach towards the protections of our natural resources. It is an on-going process with need for constant engagement. Through participation on policy review boards, Fernstone Associates for the Natural Resources has maintained a productive relationship with regulatory agencies to assist in the permitting process.
